Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role located in Mineola, TX. The CNA provides direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. The role involves monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition, helping with mobility and transfers, and ensuring resident safety and comfort at all times. The CNA supports licensed nursing staff with basic clinical tasks, maintains accurate documentation, and follows care plans and infection control protocols. The position also includes communicating respectfully with residents and families, promoting a positive environment, and participating in team meetings and training as required.

Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas and current CPR certification.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Ability to follow care plans, adhere to safety and infection control procedures, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, repositioning, and assisting with resident transfers, and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
