Qualifications:

• CPR/BLS Certification
• CMT Certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing care in accordance with facility policies and safety guidelines.
• Conduct resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to ensure proper care.
• Verify resident identification before administering medications or serving meals.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and accessible to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
