Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to physician orders & state regulations
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Document medication administration and care tasks
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs
- Support meal service and hydration routines
- Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
- Maintain medication supply and follow safety procedures
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in Missouri
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification & listed on state registry
- CPR/BLS certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
