Responsibilities

You will…

• Perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects;
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed;
• Handyman and general repair as well as insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation;
• Responsible for staying within projected budget and
  
  

completing paperwork at the end of the job;

• Perform termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have at least 1 years general carpentry experience
• Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
  
  

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.Â

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands
• Install encapsulation in low light conditions
• Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and iceÂ
• Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite where assigned, such as in new construction, while vacuuming insulation, etc.
