You will…
- Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and other home service products;
- complete all required service-related documentation;
- work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, etc.;
- Safely operate a company vehicle, including larger capacity box trucks;

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have at least 1 year general carpentry experience
- Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands
- Install encapsulation in low light conditions
- Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice
- Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite where assigned, such as in new construction, while vacuuming insulation, etc.
