Sales Opportunity: Residential Sales Account Executive
We’re growing—and we’re looking for driven, high‑energy sales professionals who want to build a strong career while making a real impact. OPC is hiring Residential Sales Account Executives to support our rapidly expanding Cincinnati and Southern Ohio market, based out of our Milford, OH branch.
In this role, you’ll:
- Actively prospect and develop new residential accounts
- Build strong relationships with homeowners
- Partner with our service teams to deliver custom pest control solutions
- Represent a long‑standing local brand that homeowners have trusted for generations known as Ace Exterminating

We Offer…
- Up to 12 weeks of paid training at $2,000 per biweekly pay period. Upon completion of training you will earn a base wage between $35,000 to $40,000 plus uncapped sales commissions—you have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually or more in salary plus commissions;

You Will:
- Proactively prospect and generate residential sales leads by identifying opportunities through observable residential prospecting

Qualifications
- 2 years' sales experience
- 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.
Working Environment:
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
- Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
- Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training
- Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
