McGee Pest Control in partnership with OPC Pest Services, is rapidly expanding across the Murray and Western Kentucky service area. We are now searching for an experienced Part-Time Pest Control Technician.

Compensation: pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour, maximum 20 hours per week.

You will…
- Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers;
- Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;
- Seek opportunities for customer base growth;
- Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;
- Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;

Qualifications
- Must have prior pest control experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to obtain pesticide licensure within training period (company paid)
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions
