Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of parking lot construction sites.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure proper grading, drainage, paving, and striping.
- Resolve on-site issues and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in paving or civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, drainage systems, and ADA compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with emphasis on paving or parking lot projects.
