Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Laser Screed Operator to join our crew. This role is critical for achieving superior flatness and levelness on large-scale concrete pours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate our Ligchine or equivalent laser screed equipment for concrete placement.
Set up, calibrate, and maintain laser screed equipment and related tools consistently.
Ensure accurate grade and elevation per project specifications.
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Collaborate with foremen and crew to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years' operating laser screed equipment (Ligchine preferred).
Strong understanding of concrete finishing and flatwork processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and grade specifications.
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
