The Role

This role exists to translate enterprise trust requirements into verifiable, adoptable product reality—so customers can unlock AI value faster and responsibly. You will drive product strategy, bring deep technical judgment to critical decisions, and ensure OPAQUE's product reduces friction and time-to-value for enterprise AI adoption.
This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on category leadership, customer adoption, and company strategy.

What You'll Do
- Drive product strategy grounded in real customer needs and market signals
- Translate complicated customer trust, privacy, and deployment requirements into concrete product capabilities
- Drive, write and review product requirements leveraging Agile using key JTBD and personas and work with UX design leads to drive user experiences that are intuitive
- Ensure OPAQUE reduces friction and time-to-value for enterprise AI adoption
- Bring strong technical judgment to product and architectural tradeoffs
- Partner closely with engineering on technically deep, enterprise-grade systems
- Create the clarity that enables effective execution and repeatable adoption
Required
- 10 years leading product for complex B2B or enterprise software
- Proven ability to turn complex customer requirements into shipped products
- Strong technical experience and judgement across AI systems, security, privacy, and enterprise infrastructure
- Experience driving product strategy—not just roadmap execution
- Comfort making high-stakes decisions under ambiguity
- Experience with AI infrastructure, GenAI, RAG, data platforms, or security-sensitive systems
- Bonus: experience operating in regulated or high-trust environments
