Overview

We’re seeking a talented and mission-driven Remote Grant Writer to help secure the funding that keeps our work going strong all year. You’ll research and identify grant opportunities, create persuasive proposals, and work closely with our leadership team to ensure we meet our annual funding goals—all from the comfort of your own workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of our development and fundraising strategy
• Research and identify grant funding opportunities aligned with our mission
• Write, submit, and manage grant proposals from start to finish
• Prepare and organize the required supporting documents for funders
• Collaborate with the President on submissions and reports
• Contribute to the creation of our annual report
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Grant Writer or similar fundraising role
• Track record of meeting or exceeding funding targets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of fundraising research tools and resources
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Communications, or related field
