Lolita's Coastal Cocina, exciting new waterfront restaurant coming to Opal Key Resort & Marina, is looking for Bussers to join our team. The Busser will provide efficient and legible service to all guests in a professional manner in harmony with the restaurant's service standards.

- Set and refresh tables with place settings and linens according to restaurant standards
- Rack and stack all dishes and utensils for dishwashing
- Prepare condiments and beverages as needed
- Assist wait staff with silverware rolling, replenishing drinks, food delivery, and other tasks as assigned
- Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area, lounge, and outside areas including sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, and other duties as assigned
- Assist in stocking service station with necessary items as needed
- Assist in the preparation and breakdown of any special events
- Adhere to safety and sanitary procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 1 year in related field of restaurant, banquets, and hospitality is preferred
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to handle physical activity including bending, lifting up to 25-30 pounds, and other strenuous activities
- Must maintain a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the guest experience
- Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as neede
