Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and components according to menu specifications and recipes
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning food items
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Support cooking activities by assisting chefs with various tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy service hours
- Support catering events and special meal preparations as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
