What You'll Do
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support)
- Medication reminders and health observation reporting
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
- Transportation to appointments as assigned
- Document care activities accurately in our system of record (AxisCare)
- Communicate promptly with the scheduling and clinical team on any client changes
What We Require
- Active Georgia CNA certification or demonstrated PCA experience (minimum 1 year)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone capable of running care management apps
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Availability for consistent, recurring shifts (we do not operate as on-call only)
- Professional communication — phone and text responsiveness is non-negotiable
VA clients: Must be willing to complete VA CCN credentialing requirements upon offer.
