Core Responsibilities
- Build automations and controls that make identity lifecycle management repeatable at scale.
- Coordinate migrations across platforms including GitLab, Atlassian, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support IAM initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment.
- 5 years of Hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM programs from strategy through production, not just advising.
- Understand identity lifecycle management end to end: how access gets requested, approved, provisioned, governed, and revoked.
- Practical experience with Okta, including Workflows, directory configuration, and MFA policy, is required.
- Familiarity with Jira as a workflow and approval system is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working across platforms including GitLab, Atlassian, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to think through the downstream consequences of identity changes before implementation.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, surface issues early, and drive decisions without creating friction.
- Ability to fully document strategy and detailed requirements.
