Responsibilities
- Issue and manage purchase orders across DRAM, SSD, HDD, and CPU.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and PO/invoice mismatches.
- Upload, organize, and maintain contract records in internal systems.
- Create and manage part numbers, BOM updates, EOL notices, and rebate tracking.
- Support NPI operations: sample forecasting, sample material management, supply escalation.
- Build and maintain dashboards for supply visibility, PO status, and program tracking.
- Identify manual workflows and automate them using AI tools.
- Dashboarding experience Tableau, AppSheet, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using AI tools to build automations, scripts, or agent workflows.
- Strong execution mindset willing to jump in and own tasks end-to-end.
- Detail orientation for transactional accuracy (POs, invoices, contracts, part numbers).
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and chasing down cross-functional issues.
- Prior supply chain or sourcing experience in tech/hardware.
- SQL or basic Python.
