This is a highly technical Product Owner role involving backlog ownership, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and telematics/platform experience, with a strong preference for AWS and enterprise backend product exposure.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Organize/participate in agile ceremonies for the product team, such as daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives, to stay updated on progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Manage product backlog build, prune, and prioritize based on stakeholder needs and technical feasibility, collaborating with the engineering lead, adapting to changing priorities, and accounting for adjustments to maximize stakeholder value.
- Define product requirements that align with the product vision and strategy, and communicate them effectively to the development team
- Contribute to a product roadmap to outline the key milestones and deliverables for the product development process.
- Collaborate with the development team to break down items into executable stories that are ready to work, including having details and acceptance criteria.
- Work with the agile delivery lead for release planning & status reporting for stakeholders.
- Ensure that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and provide direction to the development team.
- Gather and analyze feedback/metrics to inform future road mapping and ensure alignment with the product's vision and strategy.
- Identify and address risks, threats, and opportunities that could impact the product's success, and notify and escalate issues when necessary.
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release.
- Have a clear understanding of the product vision and be able to communicate it to the team and stakeholders.
- Define user experience flows.
- Contribute to product thinking, design, and advocate for users while supporting the voice of the customer.
- Experience with developing and deploying enterprise applications and processes.
- Experience with developing telematics and connected car applications, data services.
- Knowledgeable on AWS cloud services.
- 3 years of experience in Product Management/ Owner work, or total equivalent Experience.
- Demonstrates ability to use Excel, JIRA, and other tools to create business models, track progress, and provide supporting evidence for data-driven product decisions.
- Demonstrates ability to represent the voice of the customer by translating customer requirements into great user stories and evangelizing their product vision.
- Demonstrates ability to develop and manage a product roadmap.
- Knowledge of product user design.
- Experience in Product Management/Ownership for high-tech, consumer software products.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative, Agile software engineering environment.
