Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across data engineering, AI/ML, and software engineering teams.
- Track project progress, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-team challenges.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular status updates.
- Support planning, prioritization, and alignment across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain visibility into delivery through reporting, dashboards, and documentation.
- Ensure effective communication across engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Experience in delivery management, project coordination, or program management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or engineering teams.
- Exposure to cloud-based or data-driven environments.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology environments.
- Technical background or ability to understand engineering workflows and systems.
