Electronics Buyer & Seller | Front Retail Consumer Electronics Sales

We are looking to add efficient, hardworking individuals to our growing PayMore retail teams.

If you are tech-savvy, energetic, love sales, and enjoy speaking with and building relationships with customers while buying and selling a wide range of today’s hottest electronics—from iPhones and MacBooks to Nintendo 64 consoles and games—this position is for you.

This is a sales-heavy, customer-facing, and tech-savvy position. Your primary responsibilities will include buying, selling, relationship building, on-the-go data entry, product testing, and closing sale after sale.

This is a fast-paced, exciting front-end retail position. No day in a PayMore Store is ever the same.

• You will build relationships with customers throughout the day while completing multiple buying, selling, and trade-in transactions.
• You will identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics brought in by our customers, ranging from broken iPhones to retro gaming systems and everything in between.
• You will also consult with customers looking to purchase or trade devices and help them find the right products for their needs.

• You will determine pricing for a wide range of electronics, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, video games, and more, using our software and additional resources provided.
• You must have the ability to confidently present and negotiate pricing with customers while maintaining a professional attitude, demeanor, and strong business acumen.
• This is a front-facing position, and you will be representing our business during every customer interaction.

• You will quickly position yourself as an electronics expert for customers looking to purchase quality preowned devices with warranties.
• You will guide customers through their options, build relationships, complete sales, and identify opportunities to appropriately upsell additional products.

• We're looking for someone who is naturally confident in sales, types quickly and accurately, and has strong knowledge of consumer electronics.
• You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, be comfortable making decisions, and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions.

• Greet new and returning customers and build strong customer relationships.
• Quickly bench-test electronic devices brought in for trade or sale, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, video games, and miscellaneous electronics.
• Search our POS system and other provided resources for device values, product information, selling trends, and market information.
• Make on-the-spot purchasing and trade decisions based on your testing and analysis.
• Deliver and negotiate cash and trade offers with customers in a professional and confident manner.
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing preowned electronics.
• Complete accurate, on-the-go data entry throughout customer transactions.

Full-time — typically 40 hours per week

Starting at $15.00 per hour

Applicants must have availability during the following hours:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM–3:30 PM

Sunday: Closed

Employees are typically scheduled for approximately 40 hours per week within these availability windows. The normal workweek allows for one consistent weekday off, based on scheduling and store needs.
