Site Superintendent - Construction Management
Travel: 75% - 100% / Mon - Fri
The company:
Our client is a leading international engineering and construction firm delivering complex design and build projects across North America, the UK, and mainland Europe.
They support demanding sectors, including data centers, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and pharmaceuticals.
The role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to take ownership of day-to-day site operations and help deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.
This is a key leadership role on site.
• Leading daily site operations across labour, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
• Coordinating trades and ensuring each team understands priorities, deadlines, and expectations
• Running site meetings and maintaining clear communication across all project stakeholders
• Supporting the project schedule and identifying potential delays before they impact delivery
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with drawings, specifications, contracts, and company standards
• Monitoring workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Coordinating inspections, testing, punch lists, and closeout activity
• Working closely with Project Managers to track progress, productivity, and any site challenges
• Maintaining accurate daily reports, manpower logs, delivery records, and progress updates
We’re looking for someone with:
• 7–10 years of field experience in data center, commercial, or industrial construction
• A proven background supervising complex construction projects from start to finish
• Confidence reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
• Experience using construction management and scheduling tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Viewpoint, MS Project, or Primavera P6
• OSHA 30, COR, CSO, or equivalent safety certification
