Key Responsibilities
<>1. Project Management, Planning and Analysis:- Assist in planning system changes and implementing new systems.
- Analyze policies to identify system-related needs.
- Elicit and document technical and business requirements.
- Evaluate the impact of system changes on policy.
- Manage expectations of change sponsors and stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between users, ITU, and vendors.
- Assess, test, and report on system applications and enhancements.
- Create test schedules and strategies according to project scope and delivery dates.
- Analyze testing defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure system enhancements meet agency needs.
- Execute program enhancements.
- Coordinate project release communication and conduct release meetings with key stakeholders.
- Partner with internal and external resources.
- Work with leadership teams to resolve cross-divisional issues.
- Provide training to end users.
- Assess training needs and develop training materials.
- Ensure staff can independently use the system.
Skills and Experience
- Expertise in negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building (5 years required).
- Proficiency in requirements solicitation techniques (5 years required).
- Professional oral and written communication skills (5 years required).
- Project management experience (5 years required).
- Working knowledge of SDLC processes like Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative (highly desired, 5 years).
- Experience with technologies such as .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, ETL, and PowerApps (desired).
- Experience with data analysis, profiling, mapping, and validation (desired).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
Salary : $50 - $56
