Summary:
This position will have a thorough understanding of customer transaction requirements and be able to effectively communicate all available options to them. They will educate customers about Oostburg State Bank’s sales and service delivery options and refer the appropriate products and services to match their needs. They will also be responsible for the processing teller transactions. Must possess strong relationship building and problem-solving skills.

- Counsel customers with financial solutions that will support their current and future goals.
- Responds to customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts.
- Promotes and cross-sells other Bancorp products and services as appropriate to customer needs.
- Generates new business and referrals to assist in meeting profitability goals.
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Process all types of daily teller transactions.
- Attend and participate in all disaster recovery testing dates.
