Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 3:30pm to 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and/or center-based settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation using Rethink within 24 hours
- Maintain strong fidelity to behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Communicate regularly with families and your supervising BCBA
- Participate in structured 7-day and 30-day onboarding check-ins to support your success
What We're Looking For:
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Spanish speaking
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on ABA experience with children
- Strong understanding of data collection and ABA principles (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting, etc.)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently during sessions
- Strong communication skills with both families and clinical supervisors
- A genuine passion for supporting children and making progress that matters
- Experience working in school-based settings
