Overview
Oorja is a practice management and recruiting company. The practices we serve and work with are hiring psychotherapists to join their teams.
Therapists must have a limited permit or be independently licensed to practice psychotherapy in New Jersey and be able to work some evenings hours and commit to at least 1-2 days in person at the office in Waldwick.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs.
- Provide individual therapy (interest in providing couples therapy or child/family therapy is a plus)
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Perform patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling or social work from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a limited permit or independently licensed therapist in New Jersey
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in psychology.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
