Duties
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices including Android and iOS platforms, as well as desktop operating systems like Windows and macOS.
- Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, printers, copiers, and other consumer electronics using hand tools and soldering techniques.
- Conduct hardware diagnostics to identify faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, or internal circuitry.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and offering technical troubleshooting support.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each device.
- Assist with retail sales by advising customers on device maintenance, accessories, and troubleshooting tips.
Requirements
- Proven experience with mobile device repair including smartphones (troubleshooting support), tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS.
- Skilled in hardware diagnostics, equipment repair, and the use of hand tools.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
