Oomph! Sweets is seeking a highly motivated marketing coordinator who will help bring the brand to life across a wide variety of touchpoints. This role requires quick learning, strategic thinking, and efficient movement across multiple projects.
The Role: Remote - Must live in Los Angeles
- Own the email marketing & CRM pipeline, creating innovative email campaigns that deliver impactful conversions
- Support trade show execution including vendor coordination, product logistics & on-site networking
- Support social media manager in content ideation & creation
- Aid in retail marketing efforts including POS ordering, local in-store check-ins, & content creation to support store launches
- Support field marketing efforts at local events including coordination set up & breakdown of booths & engaging with booth attendees
- Collect customer insights to drive strategic decision making
- Assist with answering customer support inquiries
The Person:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly amongst various verticals including content, email, web, social, and advertising, as well as vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Minimum mid-level proficiency in Canva to support social media, ad & email marketing
- Strong critical thinking skills, a methodical approach to problem-solving, high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor, team member, and as project lead in a fast-paced, quick changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, CPG preferred
