Role Description Landscape Workers at Oomkes Landscape Management perform day-to-day tasks such as lawn mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and general garden care for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include assisting with landscape installations, maintaining irrigation systems, and supporting seasonal services such as leaf cleanup and snow and ice management as needed. Team members are expected to use hand tools and landscape equipment safely, follow work schedules, and uphold the company’s standards for quality and customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI, working outdoors in various weather conditions and collaborating closely with the landscape crew leads and supervisors.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping, including routine lawn care and property upkeep.
- Candidates should possess Gardening skills, such as planting, weeding, mulching, and basic plant care.
- Candidates should possess Irrigation skills, including basic understanding of watering systems and efficient water usage.
- Candidates should possess Landscape Design awareness, with the ability to support layout implementation and follow design plans.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability in attendance, strong teamwork and communication skills, and attention to detail in completing assigned work.
- Basic knowledge of safe operation of landscape tools and equipment; willingness to follow all safety guidelines and training.
