POSITION OVERVIEW
FOREMAN at Apex are expected to lead and be a positive example to our customers as well as all employees of Apex. You should lead by example and always be learning, coaching, training, and encouraging.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Start work at 7am in the office or on the job site
Always be available to the supervisor to assist with daily responsibilities
A clean driving record is imperative
Must be hands on
Provide a problem initiative
Deliver and pick up materials
Work under pressure
Be Flexible and have a positive attitude, while leading by example
Support all direct reports that are shared with the site supervisor
Maintain equipment as required
Perform end of day checks on all tools and report this to the supervisor
Experience driving trailers with extensions
2 to 3 years of demolition and/or construction experience
English required
Must pass basic background consider felonies
$20 per hour to start
