INSIDE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

On-site role  

Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (w/1 hour lunch)  

Location: Pico de Verapaz 435, Piso 6, Jardines en la Montaña, Tlalpan, Ciudad de México, C.P. 14210, México

About the Job: 

The Marketing & Sales team drives strategic customer development, focusing on expanding business opportunities and enhancing existing relationships. 

The Inside Account Representative manages customer accounts, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures our service offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs. Enjoy building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities:

Research & Strategy 

• Analyze market trends and client history to uncover new business opportunities.
• Understand client business models to tailor service offerings effectively.

Client Relationship Management 

• Support and grow existing accounts while helping develop new ones.
• Provide clients with customized solutions and guide them through available services.

Rate & Contract Management 

• Handle rate negotiations, agreements, and bookings.
• Monitor and adjust pricing to stay competitive.
• Validate customer credit status and manage contract renewals.

Administrative & Sales Support 

• Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications: 

• 1 year or more experience in Inside Sales.
• Effective English verbal & written communication with others to exchange information.

Required Skills: 

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills: 

• Familiarity with Power BI and / or Panjiva (or similar platforms).
• Experience with market research, rate structures, and contracts.
