Job responsibilities:
Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and client history to uncover new business opportunities.
- Understand client business models to tailor service offerings effectively.
Client Relationship Management
- Support and grow existing accounts while helping develop new ones.
- Provide clients with customized solutions and guide them through available services.
Rate & Contract Management
- Handle rate negotiations, agreements, and bookings.
- Monitor and adjust pricing to stay competitive.
- Validate customer credit status and manage contract renewals.
Administrative & Sales Support
- Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year or more experience in Inside Sales.
- Effective English verbal & written communication with others to exchange information.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Power BI and / or Panjiva (or similar platforms).
- Experience with market research, rate structures, and contracts.
