Our Sales team plays a key role in driving the strategic growth and long-term development of our customer base. As part of this team, you will collaborate with a highly professional, cross‑functional group to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver industry-leading customer experience.

This is an Outside Sales role; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Customer Relations

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain, strengthen, and expand existing customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term value.
• Ensure direct customer engagement through in‑person visits.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings to strengthen customer relationships.

Sales Planning

• Develop, execute, and continuously improve sales plans aimed at increasing revenue, contribution, and customer value.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support strategy development.

Bids & Contracts

• Develop strategies for bids, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with prospective customers to understand their business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build strong, quality-focused business relationships.

Compliance

• Strictly adhere to OOCL’s competition compliance policies and procedures.
• Serve as a role model for ethical and compliant business practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience and industry knowledge in the sale of dry containers and refrigerated containers (frozen, fresh, and pharmaceutical cargo)
• Effective communication in English (minimum Level B1).
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and CRM systems, with willingness to continue developing these skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time or as required by the territory.
