Onyx Talent Management is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee day-to-day messaging operations for premium creator accounts. This position is focused on team leadership, quality assurance, and performance management—not direct fan messaging.

We manage top level creators who maintain a polished, professional online presence. As Supervisor, you’ll ensure writers are delivering consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication while meeting performance goals. You will be facilitating the bridge between entry staff and upper management; focusing largely on the oversight and audits of employees and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach messaging staff, providing real-time feedback and support.
  • Monitor message quality for tone, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Monitor KPIs such as response times, conversions, and retention.
  • Handle escalations and complex subscriber situations professionally.
  • Maintain SOPs, guidelines, and performance playbooks.
  • Collaborate with team leads and upper management to align on goals and brand voice.
  • Handle broad scale sales strategies in correlation with upper management

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role (team lead, QA, trainer, or manager) in chat operations, customer support, or social media management.
  • Strong English and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coach and manage performance using data-driven KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM, chat management, or workflow platforms (e.g., dashboards, scheduling systems, or creator-economy tools) strongly preferred.
  • Reliable availability for 8 hours per day (some evenings/weekends may be required).
  • Organized, decisive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Must be knowledgeable of sales and have at least some previous history in sales
