The Opportunity

We are hiring Outside Roofing Sales Representatives in the Mt. Juliet / Nashville market.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who is disciplined, competitive, professional, and capable of managing their own business within our company.

High earnings are the expectation—not just a possibility.

A disciplined, hardworking representative should have the ability to earn $10,000–$30,000 per month based on production and performance.

Your efforts directly influence your income.

This is a 1099 position with a recoverable draw and scaling commission structure based on contract value, giving successful representatives the opportunity to build substantial income as their production increases.

What You'll DoBuild Connections

• Generate and develop leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and strategic outreach.
• Develop relationships with homeowners, property owners, and referral partners.
• Build a personal pipeline rather than relying solely on company-provided leads.

Inspect & Consult

• Meet with homeowners and assess roofing and exterior conditions.
• Safely inspect roofs when appropriate.
• Identify storm damage and other legitimate roofing issues.
• Clearly explain findings and provide honest recommendations.
• Help homeowners understand their options without high-pressure tactics.

Present Solutions

• Conduct professional roof and exterior presentations.
• Explain the scope of work, materials, process, and value of the proposed solution.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with homeowners.

Negotiate & Close

• Guide qualified homeowners through the decision-making process.
• Negotiate and close contracts professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes.

Build Long-Term Relationships

• Maintain relationships with past customers.
• Generate referrals and repeat business.
• Identify legitimate opportunities for additional exterior improvements.
• Become the roofing professional your customers call when they need help.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for roofing professionals who know how to sell—not salespeople who happen to sell roofs.

Required:

• 1 year of roofing industry experience
• Comfortable climbing and walking residential roofs
• Valid driver's license
• Clean, professional communication
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Ability to build genuine relationships with homeowners
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Successful completion of a background check
• Must be willing to work in a drug-free workplace

Strongly Preferred:

• 2 years of sales experience
• Residential roofing sales experience
• Storm restoration experience
• Experience with insurance restoration
• Existing relationships within the roofing, construction, insurance, or real estate industries
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

This Position Is NOT For Everyone

This is not a traditional 9–5 job.

You will have significant independence, but independence requires self-discipline.

You should be comfortable creating your own opportunities, following up relentlessly, managing your schedule, communicating with customers, climbing roofs, and holding yourself accountable for your results.

If you're looking for a job where someone has to tell you what to do every morning, this probably isn't the position for you.

Important Requirements

• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Minimum 1 year roofing experience required
• 2 years sales experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Background check required
• Drug-free workplace
• Must be comfortable climbing residential roofs
• Safety comes first. Roofs determined to be unsafe or too steep for manual inspection will be inspected using drone technology.

Additional positions are available for candidates without roofing experience.
