Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Matthews, NC. The Salesperson will identify and engage potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions from Onyx Home Improvement’s product and service offerings. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing customized quotes, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clients. The role also involves educating customers on the benefits of our offerings and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. This role does include traveling daily to attend set leads by the company and learning a proven on call close sale's system.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, client engagement, and building lasting connections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and presenting solutions effectively
- Knowledge of home improvement services or willingness to quickly learn about gutter systems, fascia repair, and related solutions
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the home improvement industry is an advantage
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the Matthews and Charlotte areas
