The Onyx Corporation is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our site work projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including quantity takeoff, contract negotiation, and buyout.
- Prepare submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project records, including field logs and cost reports.
- Negotiate change orders with clients and manage all project changes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years construction industry experience, preferably in heavy civil infrastructure or site work.
- Prior experience working on public or private site work projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment operation, and current OSHA safety standards.
