Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facility, including maintaining a safe and clean environment for our patients and staff.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Director at Onyx Care of Winnfield, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating the maintenance activities of our facility, including routine maintenance, repairs, and capital projects

• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and standards to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency

• Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards and making recommendations for improvement

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities and optimal patient care

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including apprentices, contractors, and vendors

• Inspect and maintain all aspects of the facility, including buildings, equipment, and grounds

• Perform routine checks on all systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance activities and facility conditions

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
