Job Summary:
At Onyx Care of Ruston, we are dedicated to providing exceptional post-acute rehabilitation services to our patients. As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift, you will have the opportunity to work with a compassionate team to deliver around-the-clock skilled nursing care. Our patient-centered approach focuses on individualized attention, innovative technology, and a commitment to each patient's unique recovery journey.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and record patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the charge nurse or physician
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellence in patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Louisiana

Ability to work evening shifts (hours TBA)
