Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with various medical conditions and needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report patient status, concerns, and progress to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and their families
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana
High school diploma or equivalent required
