Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to our on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant state and federal regulations.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, including conducting interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and departments to ensure a positive work environment and effective communication.
- Manage employee records, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee training programs, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Participate in open communication and be available to address employee concerns and issues in a professional and confidential manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
