About the Role:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals for our patients, including special diets and cultural preferences
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to state and federal regulatory standards
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure patient satisfaction and optimal nutrition
Demonstrate a strong understanding of patient care and confidentiality
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standardized menus
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
Maintain accurate records of food production, waste, and inventory
