Responsibilities:
Assist the Dietary Manager and other dietary staff with food preparation, meal planning, and nutrition education
Prepare and serve patient meals, including dietary supplements and special diets as needed
Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, adhering to infection control protocols
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving dietary supplies
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding dietary needs and nutrition education
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
