Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead various activities, including games, crafts, and entertainment programs, to promote resident engagement and socialization
• Develop and implement individualized activity plans to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate activities into resident care plans
• Provide one-on-one attention to residents who may require additional support or assistance
• Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance and participation
• Assist with special events and celebrations, such as birthdays and holidays
• Support the activities staff in planning and implementing special programs and events
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
