Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including patient care, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and care planning for patients to ensure individualized attention and exceptional outcomes
- Manage and lead a team of caregivers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance patient care and staff performance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and employee training programs to promote excellence in patient care and staff development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports, and other documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- RN Unit Manager certification or registered nursing license (RN)
- MINIMUM 0 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in a similar role or with a strong background in patient-centered care
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of caregivers
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
