The Role
We are hiring a General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead one of our locations.
This role is for someone who can run a club like a luxury hotel while also driving revenue like a top-tier sales leader.
You are responsible for:
- The energy of the club
- The cleanliness and experience
- The team performance
- And most importantly the numbers
If the club isn’t hitting targets, you feel it.
If the experience isn’t perfect, you fix it. Immediately.
What You’ll Own
- Full responsibility for daily operations and club performance
- Drive membership sales, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead and develop a high-energy front desk and sales team
- Maintain a spotless, high-end facility standard at all times
- Create a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment for every member
- Implement and enforce systems, processes, and accountability
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team productivity
- Execute local marketing, promotions, and community engagement
- Work closely with ownership to continuously elevate the brand

Compensation
- Total Compensation Range: $65,000 – $75,000
- (Combination of base salary performance bonuses commission)
Top performers will earn on the higher end and grow quickly within the company.
