Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of banking application projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Drive Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project planning, backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and release coordination.
