Project Manager Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager (Manufacturing) having 10 years of managing projects, specifically in manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand scope of project, prepare WBS, prepare schedule
• Coordination within different departments like production, engineering, quality etc.
• Conduct recurring meetings with all stakeholders to get updates on status
• Responsible for quality and velocity of project
• Project documentation
• Project plan and tracker
• Risk identification and mitigation plan
• Root cause analysis document wherever applicable
• APQP and PPAP documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or production engineering.
• 12-15 years of experience in Project Management in Mfg. Industry.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of casting processes (e.g., sand casting) and machining operations would be added advantage.
• Experience in Project Management Tools (e.g. MS Project) would be added advantage

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
