Studio Producer (Ad Hoc) Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily studio activities, including coordinating shot lists, scheduling, and managing weekly recipe card production.
• Oversee workflow using tools like Jira and Creative Force.
• Provide logistical support during on-location shoots to ensure all resources are prepared.
• Fill in for the full-time studio producer during PTO or busy periods.
• Collaborate with the current producer to ensure seamless coverage and training.
• Be on-site in Brooklyn at least three days per week (typically Tuesday–Thursday) when covering.

Studio Producer (Ad Hoc) Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a studio production environment, such as food, fashion, or product shoots.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Jira and Creative Force is advantageous.
• Must be able to work on-site in Brooklyn at least three days per week when covering.
• No portfolio required.
