We’re partnering with our client, a dynamic healthcare technology company, to find a skilled Senior UX/UI Digital Designer. This remote role is open to candidates out of region, supporting the design of user-centered digital experiences within a pharmacy benefits management ecosystem. The role involves leading end-to-end digital design projects focused on user research, interaction, and visual design to support healthcare applications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging, accessible experiences that meet user and business needs. The ideal candidate will advocate for design standards, participate in workshops, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.

Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive digital designs encompassing research, wireframes, and visual prototypes to enhance user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Advocate for user-centered methodologies, accessibility standards, and consistent design language throughout projects.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to gather insights and align stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate design concepts clearly through annotations, presentations, and documentation to multi-disciplinary teams.

Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a UX or UI designer, with a strong portfolio of digital products.
• At least 2 years of expertise in user research, interaction design, or visual design pillars.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working within Agile and lean product development environments.
• Proven ability to independently work with stakeholders to design enterprise or business applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience prototyping and designing responsive interfaces using modern front-end technologies like HTML/CSS and open-source frameworks.
