We’re seeking a Retention Marketing Manager for our client who is a global online marketplace connecting independent sellers with buyers, specializing in handmade goods, vintage items, and craft supplies.
In this high profile role, you will join the client's Seller Retention and Engagement Marketing (REM) Team to support strategy, roadmap, data integration, production, deployment, and analysis of Seller Marketing Campaigns to 6 million Sellers.
- 100% Remote for the client based in Brooklyn, New York

- 40 hours per week
- 12 months
- Hourly Pay: $54hr.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine long-term strategies to improve Seller Retention, Product Adoption, and Engagement Outcomes.
- Design and implement multi-channel Marketing Campaigns that target specific Seller Segments and enhance User Experience.
- Identify opportunities for increased product adoption by creating targeted moments to encourage key Seller actions.
- Collaborate with Analytics Teams to develop Audience Segments, interpret Behavioral Data, identify trends to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage complex workflows and deliver experiments that support Seller Engagement.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Lifecycle Marketing and Retention Strategies, with success in driving behavior change.
- Experience in Marketplace or E-commerce Environments with experience in Behavioral Design or Predictive Modeling.
- Strong HTML/CSS Email Development Skills.
- Proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms (ideally Braze), experience building Audience Segments based on Behavioral Insights.
- Ability to interpret Engagement Data, define Key Audiences, work collaboratively with Analytics Teams.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end Campaign Execution, including Strategic Planning and Operational Delivery.
- Experience with Testing, Optimization, and Campaign Refinement.
