Manufacturing Engineer I [82841]

A manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to join their Lancaster, PA team. This role involves hands-on support for process improvement, equipment optimization, troubleshooting, and capital projects in a food and beverage manufacturing setting. The position is onsite, primarily during the first shift.

Manufacturing Engineer I Responsibilities:

• Develop and establish operational standards to enhance safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to pinpoint and implement optimization opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production activities.
• Investigate equipment and process failures using structured analysis techniques.
• Support and coordinate capital equipment projects and facility upgrades.

Manufacturing Engineer I Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations and equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and supporting process improvements.
• Knowledge of automated systems such as PLCs, servo drives, and VFDs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the production floor onsite in Lancaster, PA.
