We’re partnering with our client, a leading company in the education and training sector, to find a talented Instructional Designer. This role is based in a hybrid work environment—on-site Mon–Thu—and is a Temp employment opportunity. The position offers a chance to develop impactful learning programs for external audiences and collaborate with diverse teams. Hybrid in San Bruno, CA
Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
- Develop certification programs for external audiences, including advertisers, agencies, and partners, via Connect Academy.
- Create engaging learning experiences to help learners understand Connect’s value, workflows, and best practices.
- Design and maintain tiered certification pathways supporting learner progression from basic to advanced platform skills.
- Collaborate with Product, Partner Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Produce various learning assets such as assessments, videos, guides, infographics, and microlearning modules to reinforce training.
Instructional Designer Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating learning content for external or customer-facing audiences.
- Hands-on experience developing eLearning and training assets using established tools and style guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles.
- Ability to simplify complex product or technical information into clear, learner-friendly content.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with subject matter experts and cross functional teams.
Salary : $45 - $50
